Dr. Judy Au
Dr. Au is the clinic owner. She grew up in Newfoundland and graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 1993. Upon graduation, she moved to Ontario and began practising at a small animal hospital in Mississauga for several years before coming to the Danforth Veterinary Clinic in 2000. Outside the clinic, Dr. Au’s passion is photography and her favourite subject is her chihuahua, R.P.
Caitlin graduated from the veterinary technician program at Georgian College in 2009 and began working at the Danforth Veterinary Clinic immediately after. She enjoys camping and the great outdoors. Caitlin is the proud owner of three cats – Quinn, Jesse and Duffy.
Animal Care Attendants
Leah is an animal lover who has worked with us since January 2013. She graduated in 2012 from Sheridan College for animal care, and is great at making your pet feel at home when they come for a visit. In her spare time, Leah enjoys sampling various Asian dishes across Toronto. Leah has a beautiful gray cat named Blue.
Jamie joined our team this past spring. She works hard behind the scenes, keeping the clinic clean and taking care of our furry patients. Although she doesn’t have a pet of her own yet, something tells me it won’t be long until she finds the perfect dog or cat to take home! When she’s not at work you can usually find her boating around Lake Ontario.
Shannon has worked at the Danforth Veterinary Clinic since 2011. She is our office manager/receptionist. When she’s not busy working at the clinic, you can usually find Shannon out at the park with her Mastiff puppy, Clark.
Kaelyn has worked at the clinic since 2009. In her spare time, she moonlights as a yogi, a computer programming student, and a stunt actress (check her out in the movie Pacific Rim!). Kaelyn lives with her husband and Duncan the cat.
We are happy to introduce Tabitha as our newest receptionist here at the Danforth Vet Clinic. She just joined us in January 2014, but it feels like she’s been a part of the team for much longer! In her spare time she enjoys reading, watching cheesy reality T.V. shows and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals. Tabitha lives with her boyfriend Alex and their pets – Bonzo the Shih-poo and their two cats Ned and Mocha.
